From the ground up

Building updates

Work continues on making the first building function for our Christmas season. Being able to stage the gifts at the port this year will be true step forward. The second building is now in production and scheduled for a January delivery. It is the second and much larger building that will be the hospitality center for the crews. One step at a time. ...

Life as a new tenant at the port will soon include electricity. This will enable us to have light when the Christmas packages are delivered after dark. Power will also allow us to operate a dehumidifier to help keep the packages nice as they are collected, sorted, and prepared for the ships. Organizing and distributing a minimum of 700...

The doors and windows are installed and the exterior is painted and trimmed. The front porch needs to be completed and any other...

In preparation for the building's delivery, two pallets arrived from McCoy's Building Supply. Baby steps but all necessary. To save a second delivery fee down the road and lock in our prices, we purchased enough 16"x16"x4" pads and 8"x8"x16" blocks for both buildings at one time.
