More paperwork

We are negotiating a lease with the port authority. Once this vital step is complete, the first building can be delivered. ETA is now mid-October. Once the building is delivered, we will begin work on completing the inside with electricity, insulation, flooring, etc. We hope to have Wi-Fi soon after the electricity is working. Step by step. Everything takes time and money.
