The lease is signed.

The power pole is set.

Life as a new tenant at the port will soon include electricity. This will enable us to have light when the Christmas packages are delivered after dark. Power will also allow us to operate a dehumidifier to help keep the packages nice as they are collected, sorted, and prepared for the ships. Organizing and distributing a minimum of 700 shoe box-sized gifts takes some space. Having this area available at the port this year should be a huge help.

Insulation, sheet rock, Wi-Fi, furniture, and so much more is scheduled for next year after the second building arrives. It makes sense to work on both buildings at the same time for labor, materials, and deliveries.
