Wired and waiting

The electrical wires are all in place and we are collecting quotes on spray foam insulation, preferably closed-cell. This is more expensive than I would have ever thought but for the long term, it is probably best. It will only take one day for someone (not us) to insulate both buildings and then we can make more progress. The closed-cell foam makes a water barrier and will tighten up the portable building. The environment at the port is harsh. Paying extra now should save us money in the long run.
